He was born in Trabzon in 1969. He graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Management in 1992. After his graduation, SABIR started his career at SABIRLAR Hazelnut as Deputy General Manager and then General Manager in the same company in 1996. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC-Spain) and Ambassador of INC for Türkiye.

Having been a Board Member of Blacksea Hazelnut and Products Exporters' Association since 2014, SABIR won the elections and became the Chairman of the Board in 2022. Hasan Osman SABIR is married with three children and speaks fluent English.
