Başaran Bayrak was born in Trabzon, on 9th of October, 1959. He was graduated from the Marmara University, Faculty of Communications in 1982.
He was one of the founding members of ÇEKSAN limited company established in 1978. In 2004, by changing of Çeksan into joint stock co, Başaran Bayrak became vice president. In 2000, he and his business partners from Çeksan, jointly founded Bayrak Maritime Joint Stock Co.
He was also involved in executive board of GİSAŞ, the company founded by members of Turkish Shipbuilders Association, as financial executive director between 2001 and 2006 and vice chairman between 2006 and 2008.
In April 2010, he was voted into chair of newly founded Turkish Ship and Yachts Exporters' Association by total of all 42 votes and consequently he is entitled as first chairman of the association.
Today he is still in position of vice president and general manager of Çeksan Shipyard, Bayrak Maritime and Baytaş Tanker and also Councillor of Chamber of Shipping and Chairman of Turkish Ship and Yacht Exporters Association.

Mr. Gültepe was born in Tonya/Trabzon in Turkey in 1968. He graduated from Industrial Engineering Department of Dokuz Eylül University in 1990 and started his career at Taha Tekstil in 1992. He is the Co-founder and Chairman of Talu Tekstil, which was founded in 1994 as a member company of Taha Group. For the last 25 years, he is actively in charge of executive management in the apparel industry, both in production and export operation levels of the supply chain management of ready-wear products. He has production facilities in Istanbul, Sakarya and Malatya, in which about 1800 people is employed.
He completed his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Istanbul University in 1997.
Gültepe is within the Management Board of İHKİB since 2006. He worked as the Vice Chairman of the Board since 2014 and became the Chairman of İHKİB in the elections held in April 2018. He is also the Chairman of Sakarya 1st Organized Industrial Zone.

Born in Bursa in 1951, Orhan Sabuncu completed his elementary and middle school education there. In 1970, he started studying Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and, upon graduating in 1975, later worked at an engineering company in Istanbul for two years. After completing his military service, he started working as a construction engineer at Teknik Malzeme in Bursa in 1978 and was appointed as General Manager in 1985. Zeki Poyraz was born in Kayseri in 1962. He studied Persian Language and Literature in Ankara University. He graduated in 1985, during his high school and university years he worked in several different sectors as an intern.

Mustafa Kamar, who was born in Civril-Denizli on 28.03.1965, completed his high school education in Ereglı/ Zonguldak. Mr. Kamar is the 3rd generation family member in the jewellery industry and has taken his first steps into the profession under the name of “Istanbul Jewellery” in Zonguldak- Eregli between the years of 1981-89.

Mustafa KAVAL was born in 1964 in Çankırı. He graduated from Middle East Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1986. He received his master's degree also from Middle East Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1989.
Mustafa KAVAL, who began his professional career in ASELSAN as an Engineer in 1986, served as Technical Leader in 1997-2000 and as Project Leader in 2000-2004.
He was assigned as the Manager of Gun Systems Program Department in Defense Systems Technologies Division in 2004 and has carried that duty until the year 2012. Afterwards he served as the Director of Air Defense Systems Program Directorate in Defense Systems Technologies Division in 2012-2014.
He was assigned as the Vice President responsible of Defense Systems Technologies in the Board of Directors meeting dated July, 24th 2014, to be effective by September,1st 2014.

İsmail Yılmaz was born in Trabzon on 03.05.1972 and graduated from Erzurum Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture. He began his professional life by working in private sector for three years in several jobs.
Co-founder of Tempo Tarım Ltd. Şti., İsmail Yılmaz initiated a business in cut flowers industry. Afterwards, he started a business named ABANNE Fide Üretim Ltd. Şti., which focuses on young plant production in the same industry.
İsmail Yılmaz has been Chairman of Turkish Ornamental Plants and Products Exporters Association Executive Board since April 2018.
He was a former Board Member of Cut Flowers Exporters Association between the years of 1999-2010 and a former Vice Chairman of the Board in Turkish Ornamental Plants & Products Exporters Association between the years of 2010-2015. He speaks English.
İsmail Yılmaz is married and has four children.
Ömer Celal UMUR
Ömer Celal Umur was born in İstanbul in August the 10th 1968. Graduated from Saint Joseph secondary school in İzmir and went to Britain to study at Bryanston school and also graduated from there. He accomplished his bachelor's degree in Tuft University in USA in the department of International Relations. He started his business carees in 1991, with Richard Ellis in London. Umur has been continuing his career as a member of the board of directors at T.T.L. Tobacco ind. And foreign trade company in İzmir since 1993. Umur has also been at his position in Aegean Tobacco Exporters' Association as the deputy chairman of the executive board perpetually since 1999. He has been elected the president to the Aegean Tobacco Exporters' Association in 2018. Umur is married and is father of two. Umur speaks English and France besides his mother tongue, Turkish.
Chairman of Turkish Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Sectoral Board
Born in Karaali Village affiliated to Antakya/Hatay in 1949, Mr. Ali Kavak completed his primary education in Karaali Elementary School. In 1970, he was graduated from Düziçi Teacher Training High School, being ranked the most successful student in the High School. After having been teacher for six years, he resigned and went into business.
Now, he is continuing exporting fresh fruits and vegetables. Moreover, he has companies which have been active in different sectors such as printing, international logistics, fuel, packaging and plastics, and constructing etc. since 1990. In these companies, he provides employment for thousands of people.
Along with his business life, he held the following positions;

- Chairman of Management Board, Mediterranean Fresh Fruits Vegetables Exporters' Association for 27 years,
- Member of Management Board, Turkish Exporters' Assembly for 8 years,

- Chairman of Citrus Promotion Group,
- Chairman of Antakya Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- Member of Council, The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey
Mr. Kavak currently assumes the position of Chairman of Turkish Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Sectoral Board and Member of Sectors' Council at Turkish Exporters' Assembly. Being married, Mr. Kavak has four children.
