Born in Tonya-Trabzon in 1968, Mr. Mustafa GÜLTEPE has graduated from Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Industrial Engineering in 1990 and obtained an MBA from Istanbul University.
He started his career at Taha Textile in 1992. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Talu Textile, which was founded in 1994 as a member company of Taha Group. For the last 32 years, he is actively in charge of executive management in the apparel industry, both in production and export operation levels of the supply chain management of ready-wear products. He has production facilities in Istanbul, Sakarya and Malatya, in which about 3400 people is employed.
Gültepe is within the Management Board of İHKİB since 2006. He worked as the Vice Chairman of the Board since 2014 and became the Chairman of İHKİB in the elections held in April 2018. He is also the Chairman of Sakarya 1st Organized Industrial Zone.
He is married and has three children. He speaks English fluently.
Adil PELİSTER

Born in 1962 in Istanbul, Adil Pelister successfully graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Chemical Engineering in 1983. Pelister, who took his first step in industrialism by establishing Beta Kimya Inc. in 1987, speaks German and English at a good level, is married and has two children.
Beta Chemistry Industry. and Trade Inc. and Chempa Industrial Materials Inc. He is the Chairman of the Board of 5 companies.
After the general assembly meeting held in April 2018, he was elected as the Chairman of the Board of İKMİB; he has contributed greatly to the chemical industry's position as the second largest exporting sector in Türkiye, with the Members of the Board, Audit Committee Members, Türkiye Exporters Assembly (TİM) Delegates, exporters of the chemical industry and all its stakeholders, with whom he worked during his 4-year term.
He is the Chairman of the Chemistry Industry Platform (KSP), which includes the leading non-governmental organizations, universities and associations of the chemical industry.

Ahmet GÜLEÇ

Vice President of Istanbul Furniture, Paper and Forest Products Exporters Association
Ahmet Güleç was born in Mardin/Türkiye in 1970, he graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1990.
Known for his work on the development of the Turkish Furniture Industry, Mr.Güleç served in prominent positions in many non-governmental organizations. Güleç, who was the President of Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association's (MUSIAD) İnegöl Branch between 2007 and 2012, was also a member of the MUSIAD High Advisory Board until 2023.
Güleç carried out many studies to strengthen the unity of the sector in İnegöl, one of the furniture production centers of Türkiye, and pioneered the establishment of İMOS with the İnegöl Furniture Promotion Group, which he was chairman of for two years. Güleç, who joined the board of directors of the Turkish Furniture Manufacturers Association (MOSDER) in 2010, was elected as the president of the association in 2012. Güleç, who is also the founding president of the Federation of Furniture Associations (MOSFED), which collects furniture associations of Turkıye under one roof, continues his duty as the president of MOSFED. Güleç is a board member of European Furniture Industries Confederation (EFIC).
Güleç, who is a member of the Board of Directors of Istanbul World Trade Center, served as president of the Istanbul Exporters' Association, Furniture, Paper and Forest Products Exporters' Association for two terms in 2014 and 2018. Güleç has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Turkiye Exporters Assembly (TİM) since 2022.
Güleç, who is married and a father of four children, speaks English, Arabic and Kurdish.
Ahmet TİRYAKİOĞLU
Ahmet Tiryakioğlu was born in 1970 in Nizip district of Gaziantep. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Gaziantep, Tiryakioğlu started his professional business life in the lentil factory founded by his father Ali Tiryakioğlu in 1988 after his military service. Continuously improving himself in trade, Ahmet Tiryakioğlu created a serious portfolio with the connections and collaborations he established in important centers such as Istanbul, then Ankara, Adana, Adana, Izmir and Adapazarı. In 1995, Ahmet Tiryakioğlu shifted his focus to organic agriculture, and Tiryaki Agro became a company that reaches Europe and America by producing organic agriculture under contract in 6 countries around the world.
Ahmet Tiryakioğlu, who accelerated the growth momentum of Tiryaki Agro with the union of forces formed in the 2000s when his three brothers completed their education and started to work within the company, has realized new investments and important works. Ahmet Tiryakioğlu, who acquired two more factories after moving to the Organized Industrial Zone, pioneered the establishment of Turkey's largest capacity and most modern pistachio plant in 2008. With the increase in production volume, Tiryaki Agro became Turkey's largest institution in terms of transaction volume after TMO.
With more than 35 years of experience, in addition to his responsibilities in Tiryaki Agro companies, he plays an active role in important non-governmental organizations to contribute to the sector. Ahmet Tiryakioğlu is the Chairman of the Board of TMO-TOBB Tarım Ürünleri Lisanslı Depoculuk San. Tic. A.Ş. (LİDAŞ), member of the TOBB High Advisory Board, President of Gaziantep Commodity Exchange Assembly, Vice President of City Council of Gaziantep, member of the Board of Southeast Anatolian Exporters' Associations, member of the Board of Organic Product Manufacturers and Industrialists Association (ORGÜDER).
Since May 2022, he has been serving as the Chairman of TIM Grains, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Sector Board.
Ali Can YAMANYILMAZ
Being born on April 20, 1962 in Adana, Ali Can YAMANYILMAZ is married and has two children. Completing his high school education, he speaks Arabic, Russian, and English. He started his career in textile sector like his father. He developed his textile business in Bursa and exported to many countries. In subsequent years, he served with many branches in Turkey by importing of motorcycles. Then, he changed the sector, he started citrus processing, packing and exported considerably to Eastern Block countries which attained an important place in this sector. In 2002, he switched to aquaculture sector, he turned his company SASU A.Ş. into a wellknown name both in Turkey and abroad by taking a step in frog, escargot and fish processing, packaging and sale. Today, he takes firm steps forward by increasing its spectrum of product diversity and developing constantly. In 2010, he started trout farming and brought triplet of production, processing and sale together. He has been the chairman of management board in Mediterranean Food & Beverages A.Ş. (MFB A.Ş.) since the company was established in 2020. Since 2022, he has been the deputy chairman of Mediterranean Fishery and Animal Products Exporters' Association Management Board.
Ali KAVAK
Chairman of Turkish Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Sectoral Board
Born in Karaali Village affiliated to Antakya/Hatay in 1949, Mr. Ali Kavak completed his primary education in Karaali Elementary School. In 1970, he was graduated from Düziçi Teacher Training High School, being ranked the most successful student in the High School. After having been teacher for six years, he resigned and went into business.
Now, he is continuing exporting fresh fruits and vegetables. Moreover, he has companies which have been active in different sectors such as printing, international logistics, fuel, packaging and plastics, and constructing etc. since 1990. In these companies, he provides employment for thousands of people.
Along with his business life, he held the following positions;
Mr. Kavak currently assumes the position of Chairman of Turkish Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Sectoral Board and Member of Sectors' Council at Turkish Exporters' Assembly. Being married, Mr. Kavak has four children.
Baran ÇELİK

Baran Çelik was born in Bursa in 1977. He completed his Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Uludağ University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. He received the title of Mechanical Engineer MSc. Çelik started his career in 2000 as a Board Member at Beyçelik A.Ş.
Baran Çelik currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board/CEO of Beyçelik Holding A.Ş., established in 1976 and operates in automotive, energy, heating, cooling and air conditioning (hvac) and insurance sectors. Çelik also serves as Chairman of the Board of Beyçelik Gestamp, which is the flagship of the Holding. He has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Board/CEO of various companies in the Holding since 2007.
Baran Çelik participates in various non-governmental organizations actively. Between 2012-2014, he assumed the Chairman of the Board duty in Young Businessmen Association of Turkey Bursa Branch (TUGIAD). Between 2016-2018 he assumed the President of High Advisory Board in TUGİAD.
Baran Çelik is the Coordinating Chairman of Uludağ Exporters' Association and Chairman of the Board for Uludağ Automotive Industry Exporters Association (OİB). Çelik is a Member of Automotive Sector Council for the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO). He is also a member of Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEİK) and Turkish Industry & Business Association (TÜSİAD). Çelik has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of The Business at OECD (BIAC) as of 20 May 2021.

Başaran BAYRAK
Başaran Bayrak was born in Trabzon, on 9th of October, 1959. He was graduated from the Marmara University, Faculty of Communications in 1982.
He was one of the founding members of ÇEKSAN limited company established in 1978. In 2004, by changing of Çeksan into joint stock co, Başaran Bayrak became vice president. In 2000, he and his business partners from Çeksan, jointly founded Bayrak Maritime Joint Stock Co.
He was also involved in executive board of GİSAŞ, the company founded by members of Turkish Shipbuilders Association, as financial executive director between 2001 and 2006 and vice chairman between 2006 and 2008.
In April 2010, he was voted into chair of newly founded Turkish Ship and Yachts Exporters' Association by total of all 42 votes and consequently he is entitled as first chairman of the association.
Today he is still in position of vice president and general manager of Çeksan Shipyard, Bayrak Maritime and Baytaş Tanker and also Councillor of Chamber of Shipping and Chairman of Turkish Ship and Yacht Exporters Association.
He is married with children.
Birol CELEP
Born on June 4, 1960 in İzmir, Birol Celep graduated from Çınarlı industrial technical high school in 1977.
In 1984, he managed the production and purchasing departments of Celepler Pamuk and Celpam Pamuk, family companies operating in the cotton sector in the Gediz and Bakırçay basins.

President of K.F.C Gıda A.Ş., which has been exporting dried fruit to more than 56 countries under the brand name of Sunny Fruit and Safe Food Corporation in the USA for 15 years, Celep is also a member of the board of directors of Celepler Pamuk ind.trade.co.ltd.
Celep has been a member of the board of directors and supervisory board of the Aegean Dried Fruits and Products Exporters' Association since 2003. He was elected Vice President in 2010 to start his four-year term.
Celep was elected as the President of the Aegean Dried Fruits and Products Exporters' Association for two consecutive terms, in 2014 and on April 16, 2018. He has been working as a Member of the Board of Directors since 2022. He was also elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of TİM in June 2022. Celep, who was elected as the Vice President of Aegean Exporters' Associations, is also one of the founding members of the Foreign Economic Relations Board. Celep is married and has two children.
Burak YAKIN
Jewellery Exporters' Association Chairman
Burak Yakın was born in Istanbul in 1973. While continuing his education, in 1985, he embarked on his business life by working for Nadir Tütüncü, who is one of the doyen names of the Turkish jewelry industry. While continuing his education, he learned both jewellery production and trade in the Grand Bazaar in line with the master-apprentice tradition.
After years of mastering the intricacies of the jewelry business, he took part in the management team of Nadir Metal Refinery. Burak Yakın, who played an important role in the rapid growth of the company, continued his successful career by assuming more duties and responsibilities in the industry.
In addition to his position as the CEO of Nadir Metal Refinery, he also served as the CEO of NMR and Saygın companies. During his business life, Yakın served as a Founding Board Member of the Association of Precious Metals, Stones, and Foreign Exchange Market Institutions and Organizations (DEMAD) and a Board Member of Kuyumcukent Real Estate Investments (KUYAŞ), and served as the Vice President of Istanbul Chamber of Jewelers (İKO) in 2018-22.
Burak Yakın has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jewellery Exporters' Association since April 2022. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).
Believing in the importance of being a lifelong student, Mr. Yakın pursues his studies at Al Farabi University's Faculty of Law in Kazakhstan.

Çetin TECDELİOĞLU
Chairman of İstanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters Association
Cetin Tecdelioglu who was born in 1971, Malatya; graduated form Kabatas High School in 1987 after completing his primary and secondary education in Istanbul. His entrepreneurial spirit occured in his youth, with hot and cold iron working studio whicaws founded by his grand grandfather Ahmet Hodja, who was known as “Tecdeli” at the time of Ottoman Empire.
The bond with metal which have become a family tradition continues at Cetin Civata in production; at Civtec Cıvata in marketing with the management of 3rd generation representatives.
Mr. Tecdelioglu took charges in a lot of different areas within Tecde Group which was founded in 1987 and has 18 companies within.
He continues his duty as a Chairman in Civtec Cıvata which has become an arbiter in fastener industry. Another mission of Tecde Group is having brought Aidata, which was the first local computer brand, to our country. Tecdelioglu, the board member of Tecde Group whiich is an arbiter of IT, IT technology and consumer electronics within Bogazici Holding, has been chosen as Chairman at the ordinary general meeting of Istanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters' Association in May, 2022.
Cetin Tecdelioglu, chairman of Istanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters' Association, is the new Industry President in Turkish Exporters Assembly at the same time.

Erdem ÇENESİZ
Erdem Çenesiz was born in Tokat Turhal in 1972. He is originally from Çorum, and he completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Samsun. Erdem Çenesiz received a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in business analysis. He is the President of ECE Group, which dates back to 1946 and gathered under the roof of ECE Holding in 2007. In addition, he undertakes the duty of Turkey's CEO of Ideal Standard. He was born in Trabzon in 1969. He graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Management in 1992. İbrahim Pektaş, who was born in Malatya in 1953, graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1976. Having completed his Master's Degree in Macro Economics at the University of Western Illinois (USA), Pektaş began his career as an Assistant Inspector at the Ministry of Labor in 1977, served as the Head of the State Planning Organization Export Promotion Group in 1980. Burak SERTBAŞ
Chairman of Aegean Apparel Exporters Association
Burak Sertbaş, who was elected as the Chairman of the Aegean Apparel Exporters Association for the second time, was born in Amasya in 1964.
Sertbaş graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He has been working as a Managing Partner at Demoteks since 1992.
Sertbaş, who served as the vice chairman of the board of directors for two terms at the Aegean Clothing Manufacturers Association, has been serving as a council member at the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry for three terms.
Between 2010-18, he served as EIB Fashion Design Competition Committee Chairman and Aegean Apparel Exporters Association Vice Chairman of the Board. Sertbaş also served as a Member of the Audit Board of the Türkiye Exporters Assembly between 2014-18. Sertbaş, who has two children, speaks English.
İbrahim ALİMOĞLU

İbrahim Alimoğlu was born on February 3, 1956, in Afyonkarahisar. He grew up in a large family with his grandfather, uncle, father, and siblings.
He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Afyonkarahisar and graduated as a Classroom Teacher from the Afyonkarahisar Education Institute in 1979.
Having been surrounded by marble dust since childhood, İbrahim ALİMOĞLU got married in 1980 and had four children. He completed his military service as a short-term ordnance officer in Balıkesir Çayırhisar in 1981.
From the day he was born, he made extraordinary efforts to develop and expand the marble factories established by his grandfather, reaching today's successes. By exporting the finest marbles from Denizli, Burdur, and Afyonkarahisar regions to all corners of the world, he continues to contribute to the country's economy.
İbrahim ALİMOĞLU exhibits more than 500 musical instruments at the İbrahim Alimoğlu Music Museum, which is the largest music museum in Türkiye.
The marble works of the Alimoğlu Family are featured in projects of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Ankara Police Department, Hacettepe University, Swissotel İzmir, Istanbul Hilton, and Bursa Kervansaray hotels.
Salahattin Kaplan
Salahattin Kaplan was born in 1967, in Gaziantep. He has been experiencing approximately 30 years in Carpet Industry as one of the most important producers and exporters of machine-made carpet sector in Turkey.

Salih Zeki ÇAKIR
Salih Zeki Çakır graduated from the Deck Department of the Turkish Merchant Marine Academy in 1979. He worked as an officer and then as captain on commercial vessels for a period of time. In 1986, he moved to Norway and pursued his studies at the Department of Ship Management at the Oslo Maritime Academy. Afterwards, he returned to business life as the Tramp Department Voyage Chartering Branch Manager of DB Deniz Nakliyat A.Ş. In the meantime, he enrolled at Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations (Dropped out from the 4th grade).
Having been active in many fields of the maritime industry for 30 years, Çakır has pioneered many projects for the development of the Turkish maritime industry. Çakır is one of the founders of the Piri Reis Maritime Foundation and the Istanbul Freight Index (ISTFIX) and he is the Founding Chairman and Board Member of the Koster Shipowners and Operators Association (KOSDER). He is also the President of the Istanbul Maritime Strategies and Research Institute. For a period of time, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Shipbuilders' Association (GISBIR) and as a member of the Scientific Board of TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey).
Çakır, who has been a founder, partner and manager in many companies in Turkey and abroad in his professional life, served as the Chairman of the Assembly of IMEAK (Istanbul and Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, Black Sea Regions) Chamber of Shipping for the 9th term. He is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of HIB (Service Exporters Association). Çakır is married and is a father of four children. He also has a fluency in English.
Salih Zeki Poyraz
Zeki Poyraz was born in Kayseri in 1962. He studied Persian Language and Literature in Ankara University. He graduated in 1985, during his high school and university years he worked in several different sectors as an intern.
As he worked with his father in his construction company he co-founded manufacturing companies from various sectors including food industry (cube sugar), ventilation, cast iron and steel.
Now, he is the CEO of AFS Flexible Duct Co. which he established in 1991. AFS Flexible Duct Co. exports 80% of its products to 70 different countries around the globe. Since 1994 Mr. Poyraz has been working to export his products.
Mr. Poyraz is the chairman of Turkish HVAC-R Exporters Union, a Member of Sectors Council of the Turkish Exporters Assembly and the chairman of Turkish Climatisation Assembly in TOBB (The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey).
He is married with three children.
