Born in 1965 in Gaziantep, Ahmet Fikret Kileci completed his high school education at Gaziantep Anatolian High School and his undergraduate education at Uludağ University, Department of Economics.

He is currently founder and manager of Kileci Tekstil Gıda Ambalaj San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, Simfleks Tekstil ve Ambalaj San. Tic. A.Ş., Ornes Gıda Paz. ve Tic. A.Ş., Eko FNS Geri Dönüşüm Enerji ve Teknolojileri San. Tic. A.Ş., Ecosu Tech Çevre ve Su Teknolojileri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Ata Rail A.Ş. ve Gaziport A.Ş. companies. Kileci, who played amateur football, amateur volleyball, and tennis as a licensed, has many awards as a motor drag racer and continues to ski, play tennis, and ride motorcycles.

Kileci is married and has two children.
