Bilal Bedir Becomes the New Secretary General of Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM)

Bilal Bedir became the new Secretary General of Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM). 

Bilal Bedir, who has held various positions such as Deputy Director at TRT (Turkish Radio and Television Corporation), TRTWorld UK Bureau Chief, and Head of Advertising Department, recently worked as the Deputy Directorate General in charge of support units at Export Development Inc (İGE AŞ).

Bilal Bedir's Resume

He was born in İstanbul in 1984. After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 2007, he started his career as a Sales Representative at Reckitt Benckiser. After working as a manager in various departments in the same company, he worked as an Assistant Director at TRT (Turkish Radio and Television Corporation) in 2015 and continued his career as TRTWorld's UK Office Chief in London between 2016-2017. Then he returned to İstanbul and assumed the role of Head of the Advertising Department of TRT in the 2020-2021 period.

Bilal Bedir most recently served as the Deputy General Manager in charge of support units at Export Development Inc.

He is fluent in English and intermediate in Arabic and German. He is married and has three children.
