“The Focused InoSuit Program Introduction and Information Meeting" was held simultaneously in Bursa and Izmir. In addition to detailed and comprehensive information about the Focused InoSuit Program, information was shared on “Corporate Innovation Management” and “Digital Transformation and Innovation Interaction”.

“The Focused InoSuit Program Promotion and Information Meeting” was held simultaneously in Bursa and Izmir on Friday, July 1, 2022, for the promotion of the Focused InoSuit Program, which was implemented by Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), the only umbrella organization of more than 100 thousand exporters, to enable companies to receive mentoring support by their innovation competence.

TİM Board Member Birol Celep, Jantsa OPEX Manager Yalçın Yür, Jantsa Quality Assurance, and Management Systems Manager İlknur Tok, and Kent Kart R&D Innovation Department Manager Dilek Çetin Tulazoğlu attended the meeting held in İzmir. Uludağ Exporters' Union Deputy Secretary-General Ayşe Mehtap Ekinci and Copa Heating Systems Human Resources Manager Tuğba Demirsu Yücetürk attended the meeting in Bursa.

In the meetings held in both cities, local companies were informed in detail about the “The Focused InoSuit Program” and information was shared on “Corporate Innovation Management”, “Open Innovation” and “Digital Transformation”.

At the meetings, companies talked about their InoSuit experiences

After the opening speeches, the Academic Coordinator of the Focused InoSuit Program Dr. Merih Pasin, and Dr. Mehmet Aydın made the presentation on “Corporate Innovation Management and InoSuit”. After the presentation, the participants were notified about the Administrative and Financial Processes of the InoSuit Program by the TİM Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship department. The program continued with company experience sharing. Jantsa OPEX Manager Yalçın Yür, Jantsa Quality Assurance and Management Systems Manager İlknur Tok, Kent Kart R&D Innovation Department Manager Dilek Çetin Tulazoğlu, and Copa Heat Systems Human Resources Manager Tuğba Demirsu Yücetürk shared their companies' experiences about InoSuit Program and talked about their experiences of what kind of innovations they have created in their companies after InoSuit. In the last part of the program, Focused InoSuit Program mentors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Gençer and Prof. Dr. Cem Okan Tuncel made presentations on digital transformation and innovation interaction, open innovation, and leader and user-guided innovation.

What is TİM Focused InoSuit Program?

Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), which is the only umbrella organization of more than 100 thousand exporters with 61 Exporters' Associations and 27 sectors, implemented The Focused InoSuit Program for companies to receive mentoring support in line with their innovation competency. It is aimed to increase innovation management competence sustainably, create and strengthen the innovation management infrastructure, to create and implement the corporate innovation systems appropriate to the goals, structure, and needs of each institution, with the Focused InoSuit Program.
